WARRANTY This warranty statement applies only to purchases made directly from the Aerobloks.com website. If you purchased AerobloksTM from our authorized resellers, you must contact them directly for their particular warranty and Return/Exchange Policy. AerobloksTM is designed to provide an unprecedented ease for building a variety of realistic looking, life-size play structures. Due to its modular and inflatable properties, AerobloksTM is also the perfectly versatile tool for building simple to complex structures that are easy to transform, excellent for enhancing fine and gross motor skills, all the while allowing for creativity in a big way. AerobloksTM has been created with excellent workmanship and carefully selected material in order to achieve the lightness, softness, and ease of portability and storage features. When properly used and cared for, AerobloksTM will provide for endless hours of creative challenge and fun. It is important to note, however, that AerobloksTM is not designed as a jumping toy or a furniture to sustain sitting weights greater than 145 lbs. To meet such requirement would necessarily make AerobloksTM too heavy for its intended purpose as a construction play set. Therefore please refrain from jumping on, crashing into, or performing any rough play activities that might damage these building blocks. Such misuses are not within the design perimeters of the product and therefore are not considered as recommended usage and will void the accompanied warranty. AerobloksTM offers a 90-day warranty period which is above industry standards for toys in the same market segment. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials that arise under normal use and intended application of the AerobloksTM product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse or unreasonable use as outlined in the warning and caution statements stated within your user instruction, including neglect, abuse, improper inflation or other causes not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials. AerobloksTM reserves its rights to properly replace each defective product covered by this warranty as the sole method of reimbursement to the purchaser. AerobloksTM is not liable for any other incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Any implied warranty is also limited to the 90-day duration from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, the defective product will be replaced by AerobloksTM only if it is shipped to AerobloksTM (prepaid) along with proof of purchase showing the purchase date. If the product is replaced, the replacement will be covered under the remaining balance of the existing warranty. |
