RETURN POLICY

This Return and Replacement Policy applies to purchases made directly from the AerobloksTM website.

You have the option to request a refund within a 30-day period from the original purchase date. Returned items are charged with a 15% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returned goods to AerobloksTM. Products returned opened or in a non-factory sealed packaging will be inspected thoroughly against damages and resalable condition. If deemed not to be resalable, we will refund those products only in resalable condition. Products that have been rejected can be returned at the customer’s cost if so requested. Refunds are issued in the original payment type.

As a first step: please email Customer Service at customerservice@aerobloks.com or call 1-877-AEROBLOKS (237-6256) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be returned in its original undamaged packaging along with the original invoice. Once you’ve received an assigned RMA number, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Please provide the following information.
    • Let us know in writing why you are returning the item. For example: damaged in transit, wrong item shipped, manufacturer’s defect, or did not like, etc.
    • Be sure to write down your RMA number and specify the name, address, telephone number and email of the person who made the purchase (so that we can verify the purchase).
    • Tell us whether you would like to replace the item or to be issued a refund. Replacement is allowed for like-items in color and shape only. For full refunds, please specify purchase price and original payment method. We do not allow partial refunds on individual pieces that are sold as part of a package set.
    • If requesting a replacement, specify the name and address to which we should send your replacement.
    • Please provide an email address or telephone number in case we have questions.


  2. Secure the merchandise in the original box and packaging along with package inserts and accessories. If you are replacing defective units, send only those units in their original packaging with product identification numbers. Ship your return or exchange along with the original packing slip and RMA number to:

Note: All return shipments are at the customer’s cost. Unless the return or exchange is due to an AerobloksTM error or material defect, we can not refund shipping charges.
  • For your protection, please send your return/exchange with an insured carrier that can track your package.
  • Once we receive your item, we'll send you an email confirmation.
  • We will process your return/exchange within 14 business days after receipt of your package.
  • For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • If you used a personal check or cash payment, we will issue a check to you within 14 business days after we receive and process your item.
