The multiple awards-winning AeroBloks™ construction play system is currently not in production for the United States market.
We want to reassure our customers that our products have always been tested by internationally recognized independent labs for the highest quality and have consistently complied with, if not exceeded, the then current product safety standards. However in an effort to comply fully with the CPSIA of 2008, we have ceased production for the U.S. market where the cost of compliance and the requirement to use untested material as substitutions are not acceptable. The legal ruling to make the new law retroactive to products made before the law was passed has led to the destruction of our entire US inventory. This ruling goes against the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's historic practice and has led to the demise of a multitude of small businesses who simply cannot afford the additional costs associated with the requirements of the new law. We have always put safety first in our products and will continue to do so. However until we can find a way to produce this product within the acceptable price range of the US consumer, we will be forced to be in a hiatus.
